What I enjoy most about being a Student Coach Manager is being able to take what may appear as a major obstacle, and partnering with my students or coaches to co-strategize a manageable plan to overcome said obstacle. From there, we persevere!<\/p>\n
Health promotion, disease prevention, fitness, and nutrition are my passions! You can find me on my life-long Diamond Breakthrough journey, where physical fitness meets mental toughness!
